We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a permanent basis for a project in Liverpool Street. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering high-quality finishes on commercial fit-out projects.
In this role, you will take full responsibility for overseeing all on-site operations for fit-out project. You will work independently, applying your construction expertise to resolve issues and make day-to-day decisions. Acting as the key on-site point of contact, you will liaise with the Contracts Manager, clients, subcontractors, and other trades. You will also coordinate all project activities to ensure the work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.
- Key Responsibilities:Act as the lead on-site manager
- Report directly to the Contracts Manager
- Supervise and manage subcontractors
- Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage material procurement
- Identify required materials and equipment
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations on site
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in site management
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- SMSTS certification
