About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Improver to join our Heathrow team. This role is ideal for someone looking to kick-start their career in the lifts and escalators industry with a global leader. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience, technical knowledge, and industry qualifications while supporting the maintenance and repair of equipment at one of the UK's busiest and most dynamic locations. What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting qualified engineers with the maintenance, servicing, and repair of lifts and escalators across Heathrow
- Assisting with fault finding and troubleshooting to ensure equipment remains safe and reliable
- Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance under supervision
- Working in line with KONE safety standards and Heathrow airport procedures
- Building strong relationships with customers and on-site stakeholders
- Developing your skills through structured training and on-the-job coaching
- Accurately recording work using KONE digital tools and systems
