Head of Planning & Forecasting Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Planning & Forecasting to lead planning, scheduling and forecasting across multiple projects and manufacturing sites. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, develop teams and improve delivery performance within a growing business. Key responsibilities Lead and develop planning, forecasting and scheduling teams. Align project programmes, manufacturing schedules and resource requirements. Optimise capacity and identify delivery risks and constraints early. Turn data and forecasts into practical insights to support senior decision-making. Strengthen planning systems, processes and controls to support growth and continuous improvement. About you Youll have proven experience in a senior planning, forecasting or programme controls leadership role, with a track record of building and leading teams across multiple projects.
