Established in 1994, they offer a diverse product portfolio, including own brand and other renowned brands such as FIFO, BIC, Murphy & Barrett Candles, EDGE, Favour, Little Tree, and Pretty Legs.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager. This key role involves driving marketing and sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and implementing strategic plans to meet company objectives. The role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, digital marketing expertise, and the ability to optimize team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the marketing and sales teams through recruitment, training, and coaching.
- Work closely with Field Sales Managers to maximize team performance.
- Create and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve objectives.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and sales quotas.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
- Manage key accounts and collaborate on joint business plans.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze trends and data to improve product marketability and profitability.
