Sales Manager (Field-Based) Our client, a leading agriculture provider, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in response to sustained growth. The Role Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager will lead and develop a field sales team to drive profitable growth. You will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the business while ensuring efficient operations and fostering a culture of best practice within your team. The Ideal Candidate 5+ years leading a field sales team Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles Analytical, with excellent negotiation and communication skills Self-starter with a track record of team development Knowledge of agriculture (preferably livestock nutrition) and/or the agri-food sector Degree in agriculture or business-related field preferred Driving License is essential.
