Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse operations in the Greater Belfast area. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing warehouse staff, overseeing Goods in and Goods Out operations, maintaining high warehouse standards, and ensuring Health & Safety compliance. You will work closely with the Head of Operations while acting as the first line manager for warehouse operatives and serving as a key point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team
- Manage attendance, performance, training and conduct
- Ensure Goods in and Goods out SLAs are achieved
- Maintain warehouse standards and Health & Safety compliance
- Coordinate staffing, rotas and annual leave planning
- Support client operational requirements and process improvements
- Deliver daily team briefings and operational oversight
What We're Looking For:
- Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Experience working to KPIs and service level agreements
