A growing and ambitious fulfilment and logistics business is seeking an experienced Integrator / Head of Operations to join its senior leadership team. This is a high-impact leadership role for an individual who excels at bringing structure, accountability, and operational excellence to a fast-paced business. The role will also assume responsibility for day-to-day operational leadership during a period of maternity cover, ensuring service levels, team performance, communication, and operational standards remain strong.

  • Lead and hold senior managers accountable for agreed objectives and performance targets
  • Drive execution of the business plan and operational priorities
  • Ensure departments work collaboratively and remain aligned to company goals
  • Oversee operational performance, workflow, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Translate strategic vision into practical, measurable action plans
  • Improve communication, accountability, and operational discipline across the business
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively, driving solutions at root-cause level
  • Support business growth through effective leadership, planning, and execution

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a senior operations, general management, Head of Operations, Operations Director, Chief of Staff, or Integrator role.
  • Strong leadership experience managing managers and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and execution skills
  • Experience managing KPIs, operational performance, and business improvement initiatives
  • Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of business performance metrics
  • The confidence to make decisions, hold others accountable, and lead through change
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willing to travel to customer and other company facilities (full driving licence is essential.)
  • Experience in fulfilment, logistics, warehousing, e-commerce, manufacturing, or 3PL environments
  • Familiarity with EOS, Traction, or similar business operating systems
  • Experience within founder-led or entrepreneurial businesses
  • P&L responsibility and strategic business leadership
