The Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in revenue growth, managing direct customer relationships, OEM partners, and an international reseller network. You will support sales strategy, lead generation, and product demonstrations while contributing to global business development and new product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve order and revenue targets through agreed sales strategies
- Generate and manage leads, prospects, and customer orders
- Act as primary contact for sales and technical queries
- Maintain CRM systems and deliver accurate reporting
- Provide demos, training, and represent the company at trade shows
- Support marketing campaigns and new product introduction
- Develop strategies for new and existing accounts
- Build strong relationships with customers and global partners
You will bring a scientific/engineering degree or 5+ years experience selling high-tech or scientific equipment. A proven track record of meeting sales targets. Confident in delivering technical presentations, managing CRM tools, and working with KPIs, you are customer-centric, collaborative, and commercially driven. International travel is required. Experience within water utilities, electronic test equipment, customer support, or hands-on technical work is beneficial.
