Our client, an established food manufacturing business, is seeking an experienced Key Account Executive to manage and grow key industrial accounts while developing new business opportunities.

Key duties:

  • Managing relationships with key accounts and commercial partners
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Growing existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling and product development
  • Coordinating product samples, trials and launches with internal technical and quality teams
  • Conducting regular account reviews and monitoring commercial performance
  • Maintaining accurate customer, sales and pipeline information within the CRM system
  • Resolving customer, specification and delivery queries promptly
  • Working across production, planning, quality, warehouse and dispatch to support reliable order fulfilment

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least two years B2B account management or sales experience within food manufacturing or ingredients
  • A good understanding of food systems and technical requirements
  • Strong commercial, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ideally educated in Agri/food
  • A full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel within an assigned territory
