My client, a leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Site Leader to take ownership of a multi-function operational site overseeing coating, kitting, assembly, and dispatch activities. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious operations professional with a strong background in manufacturing, logistics, or engineering environments who thrives on driving performance, leading teams, and embedding continuous improvement.
The Role
- You will have full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of site operations, ensuring delivery against safety, quality, cost, and service targets while building a high-performing operational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all operational activity across production, assembly, kitting, and dispatch functions
- Drive site performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics
- Develop and lead multidisciplinary operational teams to achieve high standards
- Champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Improve workflow, productivity, and process efficiency across the site

- Experience with ERP / MRP systems
