We are looking for an agile and proactive Social Media Manager with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit who can help us nurture this company culture.

  • Own the social content calendar, aligning with broader brand, campaign and trade moments
  • Work with our in-house copywriter to craft copy that cuts through the noise and drives engagement and interest in OKA
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brief and develop standout assets, both stills and video
  • Contribute to wider seasonal campaign briefs to ensure social assets are secured on shoot
  • Attend shoots to create content when required
  • Partner with PR and retail to amplify product launches, events and key commercial moments
  • Monitor and manage community engagement, including DMs, comments and tagged content
  • Track, analyse and report on performance weekly and monthly, constantly optimising

  • Support influencer, ambassador and partnership content across channels
