We have 15 stores across the UK, an interior design and trade business, a mail-order service and a thriving website. We are recruiting a full-time Shoot Production Assistant to join our dynamic creative team on-set and at our Didcot Studio.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Shoot Production Assistant who is eager to contribute to the production of high-quality creative projects.

As a Shoot Production Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of the studio and creative team, responsible for ensuring the operational and logistical side of our creative production runs seamlessly. From ordering products and samples to managing shoot prep and handling admin tasks, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping everything on track and well-organised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of photography project timelines, ensuring all pre- and post-shoot tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Organise and oversee the setup and breakdown of creative shoots and content production.
  • Maintain communication and scheduling between the creative team, external partners, and other internal departments, particularly our Product team.
  • Manage the logistical coordination of materials, samples, props and resources needed for shoots.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of shoot assets, samples and budget.
  • Support in ensuring all creative assets are organised and accessible.
  • Contribute to and distribute production schedules and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  • Handle general studio and production admin, including raising POs, tracking expenses and filing paperwork.
  • Assist in managing and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols during creative projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven interest in creative production, content creation, or project management within a creative environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a flexible approach to tasks.
