OKA is seeking an agile CRM Assistant to join the team and drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention through multichannel CRM programmes. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will craft email/SMS content, manage end-to-end campaigns and collaborate with brand and design for on-brand experiences that put the consumer at the heart of decisions.
You will support automated journeys, deliver campaigns on schedule, and help grow the email database while contributing to weekly/monthly CRM
