British‑born, today we have 14 stores across the UK, an established interior design and trade business, a mail‑order service and a thriving website.
We are recruiting a full‑time Interior Sales Advisor (40 hours per week) on a 9–12 month fixed‑term contract to support our Retail Team at our Sunninghill, Berkshire store.
Location: Sunninghill, Berkshire – in the Royal County of Berkshire, near Ascot Racecourse and Wentworth Golf Course.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to OKA customers.
- Advise and guide customers in person and via phone on product selection.
- Generate and maximise revenue to meet sales targets.
- Efficiently and accurately execute EPOS transactions, process payments, and complete associated paperwork.
- Identify sales opportunities.
- Promote the OKA In‑Store Design Advisors and Interior Design Service (IDS).
- Support the sales floor team by greeting customers, managing returns, providing care instructions, and maintaining store presentation standards.
About You
- Previous luxury retail experience, ideally in furniture or homeware.
- Passion for delivering best‑in‑class customer service and building lasting relationships.
- Proven soft‑selling skills, including link‑selling of complementary products.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
- Flexible approach to working weekends, public holidays and occasional travel to support other stores and for meetings and training.
- Keen interest and enthusiasm for beautiful interiors.
- Passion for the OKA brand.
