Founded over 20 years ago by three entrepreneurial women, OKA Direct LTD is a furniture and homeware retailer with 15 stores across the UK. The role is full‑time, based at the new concession in Fenwick, Kingston. As Store Supervisor you will support the Store Manager in all sales and operational requirements, providing an enhanced retail experience through in‑store design, room‑planning and styling services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations – organise and execute all daily activities, motivate and lead teams to exceed targets and KPIs, collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Business Leads to maintain store presentation and ensure smooth operations.
  • Customer Service – role‑model exceptional customer service, lead the team in face‑to‑face and phone interactions, establish long‑term relationships with clients, provide consultation via email, phone, face‑to‑face and digital appointments.
  • People and Culture – maintain presence on shopfloor, assist recruitment and onboarding, manage staffing levels, workload and schedule, model company values and behaviours.

About You

Experienced retail professional with proven track record, preferably in luxury furniture or homeware retail. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Flair for interior design, styling and merchandising; enthusiasm for high‑end retail environments. Extensive selling skills, ability to motivate others, keen eye for detail. Flexible working hours, tenacious, hardworking, creative problem‑solver, strong passion for OKA brand.
