OKA Direct LTD is seeking a CRM Assistant in the UK to join a dynamic marketing team.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention through integrated CRM programmes and a consumer-centric approach.

You will manage end-to-end email and SMS campaigns, coordinate with brand and design teams, optimise automated journeys, and contribute to reporting and testing to improve KPIs.
