About OK-Living

OK-Living is a fast-growing e-commerce company in the home & living category. We sell across multiple marketplaces and our own shops, focusing on modern, affordable furniture with reliable availability and scalable operations.

Your mission

You will support and develop our UK e-commerce business across marketplaces and operational topics. You will act as our local contact for the UK market, helping us improve marketplace performance, product content, assortment fit, and logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day marketplace operations in the UK, including catalog quality, pricing checks, availability, and performance KPIs
  • Review and improve product content for the UK market, including titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and assortment opportunities in the UK furniture market
  • Coordinate operational and logistics topics such as delivery promises, lead times, carrier issues, escalations, and customer experience improvements
  • Work closely with internal teams in Germany, including Customer Service, Content, Logistics, Finance, and IT
  • Communicate with marketplace contacts and external partners where needed
  • Provide regular updates on performance, issues, opportunities, and recommended actions

What we’re looking for

  • Based in the United Kingdom with strong local market understanding
  • Fluent German is required for internal communication with our German HQ
  • Very good English skills, ideally native or near-native level
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, retail operations, category management, or a similar operational role
  • Good understanding of online marketplaces and customer expectations in the UK
  • Hands-on mindset, structured way of working, and strong ownership
  • Confident with Excel/Google Sheets and basic KPI analysis
  • Interest in furniture, home & living, and marketplace growth
