We’re looking for an individual to join our growing property maintenance team to help with quotes for our customers.
This is a field-based role where you’ll visit multiple residential and commercial properties across London in a day to help quote maintenance and refurbishment works.
Responsibilities include
- Attend appointments at residential and commercial properties across London.
- Assess maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works.
- Measure up jobs and identify the labour time and materials required.
- Complete quotations using our mobile app immediately after each visit.
- Take clear photographs and notes to support every quotation.
- Discuss labour rates or material costs with your supervisor if you’re unsure before submitting a quote.
- Provide a professional and friendly experience for every customer.
