Description:
OJC Search is recruiting an enthusiastic and talented junior Legal Counsel on behalf of a client operating at the cutting edge of the energy transition. The client provides revolutionary nuclear power solutions to the maritime industry in the form of Floating Nuclear Power Plants, financing, building, integrating, and deploying these systems globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel on joint ventures, shareholder agreements, financing arrangements, and major commercial contracts.
- Assisting with corporate development activities, including acquisitions, capital markets initiatives, and project finance transactions involving nuclear and energy infrastructure assets.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and corporate documents.

- Corporate/M&A
- Project finance or infrastructure transactions
- Capital markets
- Energy regulatory
- Export control and sanctions compliance
