Fonctions et responsabilités
- Conception: préparer et diriger les ateliers de conception, analyser et construire les processus fonctionnels, concevoir les modèles de données, les interfaces utilisateurs et les interfaces systèmes ; rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles.
- Implémentation: participer à la configuration et aux tests.
- Gestion de projet: diriger ou assister aux réunions et aux comités de pilotage (internes et côté client) ; contrôler les délais, les coûts et les risques en utilisant la méthodologie OJC.
- Participer occasionnellement aux processus d’avant-vente (analyse des besoins du client, étude de faisabilité, contribution à la rédaction de propositions).
Qualification et expérience
- Bac +4/5 en Informatique.
- Bonne connaissance de l’architecture générale des applications web et de l’intégration des systèmes.
- Expérience significative en gestion de projet, en analyse fonctionnelle et en gestion de la relation clients dans un contexte « grands groupes ».
- Implication préalable dans la configuration de logiciels métiers intégrés (ERP).
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de communication.
