A well-established business in the recruitment sector is looking for an organised and enthusiastic Operations & Compliance Coordinator to join its team.
This role will work closely with the Operations & Compliance Manager, helping to manage worker onboarding, maintain accurate compliance records and ensure everything is in place before people begin assignments.
The Role
You will support the day-to-day onboarding and compliance operation, making sure documentation is collected, checked and recorded accurately.
The role would suit someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy environment. You do not need extensive compliance experience, but you will need strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn and the confidence to take ownership of your workload.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new workers
- Collect and check compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate worker records across internal systems
- Chase outstanding information and documentation
- Support training and other onboarding requirements
- Work with recruiters to ensure workers are ready to start on time
- Assist the Operations & Compliance Manager with day-to-day tasks
- Help identify opportunities to improve internal processes
- Previous experience in administration, operations, onboarding, compliance or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage several tasks and priorities at once
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- A proactive, open-minded approach
- Enthusiasm and a genuine willingness to learn
- Comfortable taking ownership and following tasks through to completion
- Hybrid working, typically 2–3 days per week in the Thame office
