The Role

Our client is a rapidly growing tech company in the mortgage and financial services sector, seeking to expand their commercial team with a high-performing Sales Development Representative. As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Account Executives.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality leads and identify potential opportunities for the sales team
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with account executives and sales managers to support the overall sales strategy

🌟 Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a sales role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work effectively
  • A keen commercial sense and a strategic approach to sales

📦 The Package

  • Base salary of £28,000 – £32,000
  • OTE of an additional £10,000 – £15,000
