Mergers & Acquisitions Director
The Role
Our client is a leading financial services company that supports other businesses with the sale of their business and/or with fundraising. The Mergers & Acquisitions Director will support senior team members across all elements of these transactions.
- Proactively seeking out new client opportunities
- Attending potential client pitches and taking the lead in the preparation (and occasionally the delivery) of said pitches
- Lead multiple projects and transactions at once
- Lead all stages of our client\’s unique programme, including checklists, fact finders, analysis, workshop, roadmap and reviews.
- Leading all areas of the sale and fund raising process
- Lead as the project manager on teams and ensuring quality on all client deliverables
- Lead, develop junior colleagues and take an active role in the development of the whole team
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fully qualified Management Accountant
- Experience in a lead advisory role within M&A
- Have managed entire deals from origin to completion without supervision
- Hybrid role based in London, 3 days a week in the office
