The Role

My client is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to be responsible for maintaining the office environment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality for over 250 employees.

  • Office Equipment & Furniture
  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Cleanliness & Safety
  • Documentation & Reporting

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or office management.
  • Knowledge of office systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and basic repairs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in facilities management or building maintenance.
  • Experience with energy management systems and green certifications.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

The Package

  • Competitive Salary: Basic salary of £40,000 – £47,000.
