The Role
My client is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to be responsible for maintaining the office environment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality for over 250 employees.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or office management.
- Knowledge of office systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and basic repairs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in facilities management or building maintenance.
- Experience with energy management systems and green certifications.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
The Package
- Competitive Salary: Basic salary of £40,000 – £47,000.
