We’re supporting a well-established and growing technology business, and they’re looking for an Implementation Project Manager to take ownership of delivering complex customer projects across software, hardware, integrations, and security requirements. This is a key hire within the business, focused on ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end delivery of customer projects from initiation through to completion
- Create and manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical, product, hardware, and third-party stakeholders
- Ensure strong project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout
- Maintain high standards across quality, security, and compliance requirements
- Identify delivery challenges and contribute to improving processes, templates, and playbooks
- Support the ongoing development and scalability of the project delivery function
- Proven experience delivering complex enterprise software and hardware implementation projects
- Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience working in structured delivery environments with clear governance processes
- Ability to operate cross-functionally in fast-paced, evolving businesses
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders
- ~£60,000–£70,000 base salary
