We’re supporting a rapidly growing industrial technology company in London as they hire Full Stack Engineers to join their team building the next-generation manufacturing software platform. This is a high-responsibility role at the centre of a fast-moving team. The company needs engineers who can work independently, take ownership of full-stack systems, and deliver real-world impact in high-stakes production environments.
You’ll be embedded in the office five days a week, working directly on software that drives operational processes, where your code will be powering production every day.
Key Responsibilities- Architect, design, and develop critical systems for factory automation, real-time data processing, and user-facing interfaces.
- Take ownership of full-stack development across backend services, infrastructure, analytics, and frontend applications.
- Work closely with leadership and on-site teams to identify operational bottlenecks and build software solutions that directly improve production efficiency.
- Deploy and iterate software rapidly in live environments, supporting production operations on the ground.
- Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring robust systems operate reliably under demanding conditions.
- Optimize production systems and orchestrate software across a network of distributed facilities.
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience building full-stack systems, with a slight preference for strong frontend/UX experience.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Postgres, and AWS.
- Experience as a founder, founding engineer, or at an early-stage, VC-backed start-up is a bonus.
- Experience in advanced manufacturing or industrial technology environments is advantageous.
- Comfortable working independently in a high-autonomy, mission-critical environment.
- Willingness to work five days per week on-site in London.
£100,000–£200,000 base salary. Meaningful equity package.
