We’re supporting a leading SaaS business in the eCommerce automation space, looking for a talented Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customer relationships. This is a key role focused on developing long-term partnerships with existing clients — ensuring high levels of adoption, satisfaction, and expansion across global accounts. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and identify new revenue opportunities within your portfolio. This position is remote within the UK.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in one of the following sectors: eCommerce SaaS, Retail Tech, Marketplace/Channel Management, Inventory Management, Order Management (OMS), Warehouse Management (WMS), Shipping/Fulfilment SaaS, or Supply Chain/Logistics Technology.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of key global customers, driving retention, growth, and satisfaction
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through consultative engagement
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across client organisations
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customers achieve maximum value from the platform
- Conduct regular business reviews and present strategic recommendations
- Track and report on key account metrics, forecasting renewals and expansion revenue
- 3+ years’ experience in account management within the relevant areas
- Proven track record of growing existing customer accounts and driving renewals
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify expansion opportunities
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive, and collaborative, with a genuine passion for customer success
- £55,000 base salary + £37,500 OTE
- Fully remote (UK)
