Our client is a well established and very successful law firm based in Buckinghamshire. They are recruiting for a Property Legal Secretary to be based out of their office in Stone (near Aylesbury).
Key Responsibilities:- Support the property team with a wide range of legal matters
- Preparing legal documents
- Answering the phone and handling queries
- Management and administrative duties using the online management system
- Previous experience as a legal secretary or Paralegal within Property Law is essential
- Touch, audio and digital dictation typing
- Previous experience with creation of legal documents
