We’re looking for an Account Director to lead and grow strategic relationships across the UK Public Sector, with a strong focus on the Justice sector. This is a senior, client-facing position, responsible for managing major public sector accounts, engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver large-scale digital transformation programmes. You’ll work across initiatives involving cloud, data, and AI, helping clients modernise operations and achieve measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with deep knowledge of the Justice sector, ideally with direct experience working with the Ministry of Justice or equivalent public sector bodies. This role covers UK-based public sector clients, including central government, the Justice Department, and wider public services.
Key Responsibilities- Own and grow strategic relationships across major public sector accounts, with particular focus on Justice clients
- Develop and execute account strategies to align with client priorities and objectives
- Identify and convert new opportunities within existing accounts
- Engage at senior and executive levels to understand business challenges and align technology solutions
- Collaborate closely with consulting, delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful programme outcomes
- Maintain oversight of account performance, pipeline, and forecasts
- Proven experience in technology consulting or digital transformation within the UK public sector
- Strong knowledge of the Justice sector, ideally with direct Ministry of Justice experience
- Established relationships with senior stakeholders across government or public service organisations
- Experience leading large-scale engagements and managing multi-million-pound portfolios
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills at executive level
- Background in senior account leadership or client director roles within a consulting or technology services environment
- Strategic thinker with a track record of identifying opportunities and growing long-term partnerships
- Base salary: £100,000 – £120,000
- Double OTE
