Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Managers in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Perform administrative tasks including HR duties, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and managing take-away platforms.
- Handle hiring processes, including interviewing and onboarding new staff members.
- Maintain accurate records and manage restaurant numbers and financial data.
- Support in inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- At least 1 reference from a previous employer.
