We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the natural cosmetics industry. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with national and international clients.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: £35,000 basic + uncapped commission earnings

  • Location: UK (with national and international travel required)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in natural cosmetics and oils.
  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and direct clients both in the UK and abroad.
  • Regularly travel across the UK and internationally to attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, ideally within natural cosmetics or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of natural cosmetics, oils, and wellness products.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively, both nationally and internationally.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary of £35,000
  • OTE £80,000 - 100,000
