The Role

As an Associate Partner in the Energy Practice, you will:

  • Lead senior-level client engagements , partnering with C-suite and executive stakeholders to deliver impactful consulting solutions.
  • Drive business development activities, identifying and converting opportunities into transformative projects for key clients in the energy sector.
  • Build and develop high-performing consulting teams , fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and innovative culture.
  • Design and implement market-leading propositions across areas such as Oil & Gas Trading , supply chain management , upstream operations , manufacturing , and mobility solutions .
  • Shape client strategies for navigating complex energy market transitions, optimizing operations, and driving profitability in a sustainable manner.
  • Deliver measurable value through innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership in the evolving energy landscape.

Requirements

We are looking for an Associate Partner with:

  • Extensive experience leading senior-level engagements with C-suite and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven success in business development , including identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and closing deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Deep expertise in at least two of the following areas:
  • Oil & Gas Trading
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Manufacturing Operations
  • Upstream Energy Operations
  • Mobility Solutions
  • A track record of developing and implementing market-leading propositions that address client challenges and deliver value.
  • Strong understanding of the energy market dynamics , including trends, technologies, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
