Job Title: Mazak Programmer/Operator

We are seeking an experienced Mazak Programmer/Operator to manufacture components to drawings, procedures, and programmes as instructed by the Manager/Supervisor. The role requires adherence to quality standards and timely production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently manufacture equipment and parts.
• Proactively improve delivery performance through new methods, tooling, etc.
• Understand and interpret technical plans and drawings.
• Record time accurately onto Mercury System via capture gun, and sign off route card to indicate operation completion.
• Care for and maintain machines, ensuring they are cleaned at the end of each shift and oil levels are correct.
• Identify faults with machines and report to Supervisor/Manager.
• Report any faults in quality or efficiency immediately and investigate to resolve with supervisor/manager\’s assistance.
• Record all machined components using data capture gun.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Engineering Apprenticeship (e.g., time served turner/miller) or relevant manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 3 years Mazak Integrex programming and operating experience.
