SPARC Office & Warehouse Co-ordinator Southampton, Hampshire About Us We are OSRL, a leading organisation dedicated to global oil spill preparedness and response. As the largest international industry-funded co-operative, we offer the opportunity to work at the forefront of environmental stewardship, collaborating with industry experts and global partners, and the chance to mitigate the impact of oil spills worldwide. We are now looking for a SPARC Office & Warehouse Co-ordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 36.25 hours per week. The Role As our SPARC Office & Warehouse Co-ordinator, you will provide administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth operation of the Southampton Preparedness and Response Centre (SPARC). You will oversee a range of operational tasks, including managing stores demand requests, co-ordinating waste collections and ensuring the front-of-house area is presentable. Additionally, you will play a key role in the visitor and contractor experience, as well as supporting deliveries and supporting the logistics of site-specific conferences, meetings, and company events. Your role will also involve: – Liaising with procurement to coordinate base-specific purchasing – Issuing visitor passes and managing access – Providing general administrative support – Acting as a fire warden and supporting emergency evacuation procedures – Overseeing the safe-keeping of building keys and ensuring access when required About You To be considered as our SPARC Office & Warehouse Co-ordinator, you will need: – Excellent organisational skills – Multitasking and time-management skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Warehouse and asset management experience is an advantage Other organisations may call this role Secretary, Office Co-ordinator, Administration Co-ordinator, Administrator, Office Administrator, Admin Assistant, Office Assistant, or Warehouse Assistant.
