OSRL is the largest international industry-funded cooperative that exists to respond to oil spills wherever in the world they may occur, by providing preparedness, response and intervention services. We are wholly owned by most of the environmentally responsible oil and gas companies, and our membership represents the majority of global oil production. We currently employ circa 288 people across 13 locations around the world.
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Coordinator on a fixed-term contract to keep our Strategic Park office and warehouse (Hedge End, Southampton) running smoothly. In this fast-paced and varied role, you’ll be the go-to person for operational support, facilities coordination, and creating a positive experience for employees, visitors, and contractors.
What you’ll do
- Manage daily office and warehouse administration, access systems, inventory processes, and documentation.
- Coordinate visitors, contractors, deliveries, purchase orders, Amazon requests, and procurement needs.
- Support events, meetings, audits, waste management, and compliance activities.
- Maintain databases (AIM/Shepherd, Paxton, Optafleet) and provide accurate reporting.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers, raise permits to work, and support facilities operations.
- Act as Fire Warden and assist with Health & Safety actions.
- Offer cross-team support across the Surface Asset group.

Working with OSRL
People are key to our success, and we are committed to ensuring a fair and equal working environment for all staff. We are offering a salary of £31,000 per annum pro rata (FT equivalent, depending on experience), with a generous benefits package, including:
