We are looking for a full time receptionist for our Head Office in Ely, Cambridgeshire, to provide a first‑class reception service by acting as the company’s first point of contact, managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling mail, and providing administrative support.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide front‑of‑house reception service to visitors and callers – both in person and on the telephone, forwarding enquiries and taking messages in a prompt and accurate manner, arranging refreshments for visitors.
  • Maintain security and health.
