From our Engineering and Project Management offices in Ely, Cambridge, and Fabrication and Assembly facility in Swansea, South Wales, we undertake the complete design and supply of skid mounted or packaged equipment. Since 1989, OGS has supplied to satisfied clients throughout the world. We are accredited by major international operators in the oil, gas and power industries, gas turbine producers and EPC companies. Our scope of supply includes the responsibility for all stages of project execution including initial design, detailed design of process, mechanical, electrical, control and instrumentation, manufacturing, testing, packing and shipping. We also provide a site erection and commissioning service if required.
We are seeking a QHSE Administrator to handle the administration of QHSE Management System documents, records, spreadsheets, and calendars. Responsibilities include:
- Updating audit schedules, indicating the status of internal and external audits.
- Preparation of documentation for audits by our certification bodies and customers.
- Updating the QHSE Management tool (NCR’s, OFI’s, objectives, programmes).
- Assisting in compiling the Manufacturing Record Book and binding hard copies.
- Carrying out contractor and new employee inductions.
- Maintenance and update of the Legal Register.
- Undertaking COSHH assessments, maintaining COSHH register and communicating appropriately.
- Administration and communication of risk assessment updates.
- Assisting with DSE assessments and records.
- Creating charts and preparing statistical information for internal audits and management review.
- Administrating the Company’s health & safety statistics and records.
- Booking health & safety training and health surveillance on behalf of OGM and OGS.
- Updating and maintaining staff health and safety related training and competence records.
- Assisting with the administration of Facilities Management for Denmark House.
- Administrating the Approved Vendors’ List.
- Organising and administrating statutory inspections at Ely and updating schedule of statutory inspections matrix.
Candidates applying will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat, have excellent communication skills with the highest degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
