Superior Recruitment Group has a fantastic opportunity available in Hull for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a large client.
This is a Permanent position, and a living away allowance will be provided for those outside the Hull area.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Month End Auto-WIP & Journal returns
- Coordination of AFC & internal Rolling Forecasts
- Provision of information for Monthly Reports
- Review of notifications & responses or notifications downstream & upstream
- Liaising with the client on compensation events, payment queries, or disallowed items
- Cost analysis via SAP & Power BI
- Assisting the Construction Manager in compiling Project Board Reports
- Calculating star rates
- Updating Commercial Registers (e.g., CE, EW, Plant, Sales Invoices)
- Drafting notifications and letters
- Overseeing Subcontract Management processes
- Value analysis – SOR, FP, day works
- Change management – Notification, Quotation & Agreement of Compensation Events
- Payment application & invoicing
- Implementing innovations to improve job margins
Experience Required
- Knowledge of NAECI Agreement
