Responsible for developing and executing branding strategies, ensuring consistent brand identity across all platforms, managing marketing materials, PR, digital presence, and corporate communications, while strengthening brand positioning for a property development company.

Develop and implement corporate branding strategies to position the company as a leading property developer.

  • Establish and maintain a strong brand identity, messaging, and tone across all platforms.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer perceptions to refine branding strategies.

Branding & Marketing Materials

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality branding materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media content, and corporate videos.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints, including project launches, sales galleries, hoardings, show units, and corporate offices.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and graphic design teams to align branding efforts with property campaigns and customer engagement strategies.

Public Relations & Corporate Communication

  • Develop corporate narratives, press releases, and media engagements to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Manage media relationships and ensure positive brand representation in press coverage.
  • Oversee branding execution at corporate events, property launches, exhibitions, CSR initiatives, and sponsorship activities.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop employer branding strategies that attract top industry talent.

Digital Branding & Online Presence

  • Manage the company’s online presence, ensuring a unified brand image across websites, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Work with the digital marketing team to enhance brand visibility through SEO, paid ads, and content marketing.
  • Track public perception of the brand through social media monitoring, online reviews, and customer feedback.
  • Respond to public inquiries, comments, and concerns effectively to maintain a strong and positive brand image.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or corporate communications, preferably in property development.
  • Strong understanding of real estate branding and property marketing.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and public relations skills.
  • Experience in digital branding strategies and social media management.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, design, and marketing teams.
