Mechanical Construction Manager required for an ongoing contract role on a major industrial project in the Oxford area. This is a site-based role overseeing M&E subcontractors delivering deconstruction and enabling works through to completion.
Key Duties
- Managing M&E subcontractors on site

- Working closely with the Principal Contractor and other trades
- Supporting testing and commissioning activities

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Construction / Site Manager
- Strong industrial project background
- M&E experience essential
- Strong health & safety knowledge
- SMSTS required
- Relevant mechanical certs / quals required
