OHUK are currently looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to join one of the UKs leading MEP subcontractors who work within the Healthcare, science, commercial, industrial, and high-end residential sectors throughout London on multi-million-pound projects.
Duties:
- Manage installation of packages to drawings and specifications.
- Review the Scope, Produce RAMS Documents where required.
- Assist the Project Manager with issuing technical Submittals of all Equipment/Packages under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Report on site progress to PM.
- Produce and manage two-week look ahead.
- Managing Sub Contractors to maintain programme targets.
- Manage all Health and Safety on site, including Toolbox Talks.
- Quality Control, Produce and Issue quality control documents, snag sheets, and follow through to signoff.
- Assist with Commissioning and Handover.
Requirements:
- SMSTS / SSSTS.
- Relevant mechanical qualifications.
- Previous experience managing projects within the high-valued commercial and industrial sector.
