A leading MEP subcontractor is looking to appoint a Secretary / Administrator to join their friendly and bubbly office team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administrative role and would like to work closely with a busy CAD / design department on major construction projects.
The Role
You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the CAD team and wider office, helping to keep projects and documentation organised and running smoothly.
Key Duties
- General office administration
- Processing and managing timesheets
- Printing and organising drawings and documents
- Assisting the Head of CAD with administrative tasks
- Using the company’s in-house software systems
- Liaising with site teams when required
- Occasionally visiting site or dropping off drawings and project documentation
About You
- Previous construction or MEP experience would be highly desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems
- Proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
- A positive and team-oriented attitude

- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
