As Deputy OH Nurse, you will:

· work both independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.

· support the Lead Nurse to provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to colleagues, including nurses and technicians.

· provide a service of excellence that is primarily responsible for meeting the needs of OHRD clients, in both private and public sectors.

· apply your specialist knowledge and skills to undertake both a clinical service and other varied responsibilities of the post.

· follow all required OHRD policies and procedures and help maintain the company SEQOHS accreditation.

What You Will Bring:

Essential

· Registered Nurse (Adult) with a valid NMC pin (no restrictions or conditions).

· Degree in Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Occupational Health) or equivalent, OR anOH related course AND at least 2 years experience in an Occupational Health setting with a willingness to undertake and attain the SCPHN (OH) qualification.

· Proven competency across the full spectrum of occupational health services.

· Strong case management skills with robust, evidence-based decision-making.

· Advanced administrative and IT skills.

· Full driving licence and willingness to travel when required.

Desirable

· Previous staff management experience.

· Up-to-date health surveillance training.

· NEBOSH certificate
