Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join our multidisciplinary team. Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) with fitness to practice and active GMC registration.
- Relevant higher postgraduate qualification in Occupational Medicine recognised by the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FOM).
- Minimum of 2 years' full-time equivalent occupational health experience, or 3 years' part-time equivalent occupational health experience, gained within a clinical, corporate, public sector, or consultancy setting.
- Demonstrable competence in occupational health assessment, fitness-for-work evaluations, case management, health surveillance, and workplace rehabilitation.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health legislation, employment-related health issues, disability and equality frameworks, and evidence-based occupational medicine practice.
- Full driving licence, with a willingness to travel when needed, within NI.
- HAVS accreditation.
- Membership, Associate Membership, or Fellowship of a recognised Faculty of Occupational Medicine.
- Additional qualifications or certifications in occupational health, disability assessment, workplace wellbeing, lifestyle medicine, public health, or related disciplines.
