As a Solution Consultant at Ohpen, you’ll help prospective clients understand what that transformation could look like with our cloud-based Lending Platform. Combining your knowledge of the UK mortgage market with a strong understanding of technology, you’ll explore client challenges and demonstrate how Ohpen can solve them.

Briefing

You’ll work closely with prospective UK clients, getting to know their mortgage products, processes, technology landscape and ambitions. From there, you’ll identify how the capabilities of the Ohpen Platform can best support what they want to achieve. A key part of your role will be turning those conversations into something tangible. You’ll prepare and lead client workshops, deep dives and tailored platform demonstrations, adapting your approach to the specific needs of each prospect. You’ll also play an important role in RFI and RFP processes, bringing together the right knowledge from across Ohpen to provide clear and detailed responses. This means collaborating closely with our Product, Engineering and Configuration Implementation teams and being comfortable moving between functional and technical conversations.

Not every client challenge will have an obvious answer. Sometimes you’ll need to explore new possibilities, challenge existing thinking, and help shape solutions that we haven’t delivered before. Your goal is to give prospective clients a clear understanding of what the Ohpen Platform can do, how it fits into their technology landscape, and how it can help them achieve their objectives.
