We are partnered with an exciting MedTech scale-up looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to take full product ownership and drive from concept to production. They are already partnered with some of the most exciting names in the industry, and their growth plan for the coming year—and beyond—is exceptional. This is a pivotal moment for the business, and an incredible opportunity to get in on the action.

This role will be a critical position within the organisation, working with the very best engineers in the industry and offering a huge amount of autonomy. This is a unique opportunity to be the product owner, bringing the medical product to life with true autonomy.

You will bring:

  • 2+ years in engineering leadership
  • 4+ years of experience taking mechanical designs from concept to production
  • Strong background in medical devices; familiar with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001
  • Genuine passion for leading R&D and managing people

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with prototype testing and go-to-market strategies
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Proven team leadership skills across the full product lifecycle
  • Willingness to work at least 4 days onsite
