I’m recruiting for an Electronics Test & Automation Team Leader with an established technology business.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role, combining team leadership with RF/electronics verification, test strategy and automation.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of test engineers
- Defining verification and test strategies
- Driving Python-based test automation
- RF & electronics verification and characterisation
- Root-cause investigation and technical problem solving
- Working closely with Design, Firmware, Systems and Manufacturing
- Improving test coverage, efficiency and repeatability
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Experience leading technical engineering teams
- Strong RF and/or electronics test experience
- Python test automation experience
- Verification planning and fault-finding skills
- Experience with RF test equipment and measurement techniques
