A growing technology company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to take new products from prototype into volume production.

You’ll work closely with engineering teams and manufacturing partners to improve manufacturability, establish production processes and ensure products are ready to scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead NPI activity from prototype through to production
  • Work with contract manufacturers on new product introduction
  • Apply DFM / DFMA principles to product designs
  • Develop manufacturing processes and documentation
  • Support prototype and pre-production builds
  • Investigate production issues and drive corrective actions
  • Analyse yields and process data to improve manufacturing performance

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in NPI, Manufacturing or Process Engineering
  • Background with electronics or electro-mechanical products
  • Experience taking products into volume production
  • Understanding of SMT / PCBA and assembly processes
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers
