You are:
- An AI Engineer with 3+ years of professional experience and strong software engineering fundamentals
- Highly proficient in Python, with experience building production-quality software
- Experienced building AI-powered applications, LLM integrations, AI agents, Machine Learning, or automation systems
- Comfortable taking AI systems from experimentation and prototyping through to production
- A strong problem solver who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced engineering environments
- Interested in AI, autonomy, defence, or mission-critical technologies
- Experience within defence, aerospace, robotics, autonomy, or security
- Previous experience in an early-stage or venture-backed start-up
- Experience building and deploying production AI / ML systems at scale
- Build AI systems that deliver real-world impact within defence and national security
