You are:
- An AI Engineer with 3+ years of professional
- Highly proficient in Python, with experience in building production quality software
- Experience in building AI-powered applications, LLM integrations, AI agents, Machine Learning, or automation systems.
- Comfortable in transforming AI systems from experimentation all the way through to production.
- Strong problem solver with the ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced work engineering environment.
- Passion for AI, autonomy, defence, and mission critical technologies.
- Experience within defence, aerospace, robotics, autonomy, or security.
- Formerly employed at an early stage or venture-funded start-up.
- Experience building and deploying production AI or ML systems at scale
